Visitors are encouraged to find parking at the municipal lots or side roads surrounding the festival grounds. There is a Municipal Parking Lot located at 8th St & W Market St. There is another Municipal Parking Lot located at 7th St & Walnut St. There is also a Parking Lot at Penn Community Administrative Building, 219 South 9th Street. |
